 Client Access
fileye's Client Access provides view only access, using the simple fileye pages, for your Clients to allow them to search, view and report their portfolio.
How often are you coming under pressure to provide your Clients with details about, or a listing of, their portfolio?
If you grant them Client Access, they can logon to fileye and achieve this themselves, whenever they want to, with just a few of clicks of the mouse, saving you time and therefore money.
You remain in control, and you can determine which Cases you let your Client view and also which fields they can then see. This means you can allow access but prevent internal, confidential or sensitive items of data from being seen and reported.
You can relax, safe in the knowledge that with your permission, your Clients will not only be able to report their portfolio, but they can also search and view their Cases and Diaries.
The fileye view only access works from your live data, and not a copy taken days or weeks before. This is critical and means your Clients will be seeing up-to-the-minute information which they can in turn rely upon.

fileye's View Access provides view only access for your users, giving you the option to allow your users into fileye without letting them maintain your data.
View Access is ideal for users who need to be able to look at, search and even report information contained within fileye.
As with Client Access, you can determine the specific items of data your View Access users can see, and it is live data they are able to view.
Using the powerful User Profiles, you are also able to create different types of View Access user.
For example, certain View Access users may not be enabled to view, search and report Diary information, but you may decide to grant access to this area for other View Access users. User Profiles give you that flexibility and choice.
You can open fileye up to your View Access users and allow them to share the same user logon code, thereby ensuring you keep your costs down to a minimum.
