 Reports
You need to be able to produce a variety of reports for your Clients and Associates or for your own internal reporting and analysis.
Being able to quickly and easily (by the click of a mouse) produce a report containing data from a selection (or all) of your portfolio is essential, and as you would expect, this feature is available within fileye.
Not only can you simply select the report you wish to produce, but at the same time you can also determine the possible output types of the report (spreadsheet, Adobe Acrobat pdf or email attachment as one of those two file types).
The fileye report templates allow you to create your own styles of report, and as many of them as you require.
fileye also comes pre-configured with a useful selection of report templates, which you can copy and modify if you wish.
Within each report template, you can control the items of data you wish to see (and hide those you do not now wish to see), the column order, fonts, font styles, font colors, background colors, column widths etc.

Each report template is assigned to a specific "dictionary" and this determines where the report can be generated from within fileye. There are Contact, Case and Diary reports, and each feature in the relevant section of fileye.
Once created, the report template can be made visible (or invisible) to other fileye users. This is a useful feature if you are designing a new report and are not yet ready to release it to your users.
You can also determine if you wish your Clients to be able to run them when they login to fileye.
If you have Clients who are already asking for customized reports, then fileye’s report templates make it easy. Say goodbye to manual collation and manipulation of data.
Produce management information reports (cases filed since a certain date, cases added between dates, renewals becoming due etc.) and much more.
