Auditing
fileye audits the changes you and your users make to your cases, contacts, deadlines and system data.
Every change, as well as creation of items and deletion, is audited
Details such as the name of the user creating the audit entry, date, time and information about the transaction. This level of attention to detail allows you to track and manage changes to your fileye data.
You are able to view the audit entries for a Case and for a Contact when viewing the respective entries within fileye.
System Administrators are also able to search and report the Audit entries created for the whole organization.
Whether you simply want to find out when a change was made and by whom, or you need to ascertain who made a mistake and ensure it does not happen again, the fileye auditing will be able to help you.

fileye is so easy to use that you may never actually need any help, but just in case you do there are several ways to achieve this
fileye is fully documented, and the online help can be accessed from every main page. Just look for the help icon and click on it.
The help is fully searchable, with an expandable and logical contents menu.
As well as including everything about how to use fileye, it also includes details of all past releases (release notes and hot fixes), frequently asked questions, guides and much more.
There is also a fileye user forum to which you will be able to subscribe. The forum allows fileye users to contact each other and start and discuss topics.
