The database structure when combined with the intuitive controls ultimately offers you very swift and direct access to the specific Case and Diary data that you require.
You can interrogate your data by using the simple yet functional search pages and can search on a variety (and combinations of) criteria.
You can quickly call up families, groups or individual Cases, search for a particular contact or territory, or select by responsible person, dates (application, publication etc.) and much more.
The same is true of Diaries where you can search by type, people, Case and Due and Attention dates to name but a few.
The resulting list of matched Cases or Diaries can be viewed, sorted and edited.
Not only that, but Reports can be generated instantly as well (system reports or reports you have created), and you have the choice over creating a spreadsheet or a pdf. fileye can even email the file as an attachment.

 Contacts
You need to store details of your Clients, Applicants, Foreign Associates and Inventors (to name but a few). This information can then be linked to your Case records, and may be used when searching your portfolio and producing letters and reports.
fileye deals with all these types and more, and within fileye, Address and Contact details are combined to form Account details.
Each Account can have one or more Contact(s) and each Contact within an Account, amongst many other things, can have their own primary and secondary address details as well as their respective salutation and sign off texts which can then be used to populate correspondence appropriately.
We understand that when you are in communication with a client or internal department you require on the spot access to all of their relevant cases without having to run complex searches and reports.
Intelligent design in this area means that all you have to do is locate the relevant account or contact name and you will be instantly provided with all of their respective records on screen.
