 Configuration
fileye is delivered with a pre-configured and comprehensive set of parameters which will accommodate many of your requirements.
This approach means you can start using fileye as soon as it has been installed, and you do not have to waste days, weeks and even months in configuring it.
As you would expect, you will also have the flexibility to further personalize certain areas of the system to your own specific requirements.
If you wish to start recording new informatiion against a Case or a Contact, simply visit the System Data area and update or create new options.
fileye is even flexible enough to allow you to create your own Case Types (assuming it is not already present). This means fileye can grow with you, and will not be barrier as your organization expands.
This flexibility also allows you to customize fileye with your own terminology, in your own language, and with your own preferred options.
