You will have full control of your Case Diary dates, assisting you with your decision making and ongoing case management by allowing you to delegate tasks to other members of staff as you see fit.

The Diary report can be produced on your own periodic basis and will provide you with an accurate "to do" list from the items entered.

Diary items are defined by their types which includes amongst others Official Actions, Renewal Fees, Document Management, Formalities & Jobs.
Each item allows for a description and full text as well as original due, due, attention and completed dates and fee paid, fee from and fee to dates where appropriate.

Add to this the different status options and duration fields which can be assigned and you are then able to understand how targeted you can be if you choose to take full advantage of this facility when entering, reporting and managing your case diary.
