 Deadlines & Diaries
You will have full control of your Case Diary dates, assisting you with your decision making and ongoing case management by allowing you to delegate tasks to other members of staff as you see fit.
The Diary report can be produced on your own periodic basis, by the click of a button, or by fileye automatically running scheduled tasks (configured by you) and will provide you with an accurate "to do" list from the items entered.
fileye can also automatically email Diary reports to many selected recipients without any user interaction. You are able to schedule tasks to achieve this, and you can determine when they run (for example overnight).
Diary items must have a reminder date, and the due date is optional. The reminder date is an extremely useful feature which can ensure you never miss a deadline. Wherever Diary items are reported or viewed you will always see both dates.
Diary items are defined by their types which includes amongst others Official Actions, Renewal Fees, Document Management, Formalities & Jobs.

You can even create new Diary types to accommodate other types of reminder.
Each Diary item allows for a description and full text as well as original due, due, attention and completed dates and fee paid, fee from and fee to dates where appropriate.
Each Diary also has a status assigned to it, to enable you to clearly identify active items from completed items. The flexibility afforded to you by fileye also means you can create your own status types with terms you are familiar with.
Diary items can all be assigned to a Case, and a useful optional feature is simply being able to create a miscellaneous non-Case related diary (such as a meeting or birthday reminder for example).
Add to this the different status options and duration fields which can be assigned and you are then able to understand how targeted you can be if you choose to take full advantage of this facility when entering, reporting and managing your case diary.
